I don't think that will be enough power. :D

What a work of art.

Stuart Adams 02-12-2009 08:06 PM

Holy batman. That is unbelievable. You probably can put a plastic surgeon out of business with that thing. Just advertise " strap in the front seat and get a face lift" all done within a guarter mile!

Comp Specs motor

Thanks for all the nice compliments,And thanks to Pete and Scott for there patience I couldn't ask for better guys to deal with. The devolpment of this intake took a ton of time. But Holy Moly does it work sweet we didn't even scratch the surface at 1590 hp the motor made 1100hp 6000 rpm 1100 ft lbs at 10 psi and was making 930 ft lbs at 3000 rpm just stupid power and made 1300hp on 91octane.I took some video of the dyno but it will be a few weeks before i can post it.Glad to see you guys like it also.

Tom, very nice ! :hail:

The intake plenum on my 440 mopar was inspired by some of your older work. How was this intake built ? Is the plenum and throttle body cnc work or is some of it welded and then smoothed ?

sutton82 02-13-2009 07:08 PM

Can I have it?

96z28ss 02-13-2009 07:23 PM

looks like there are alot of pieces to that intake.
How do you get it to seal up everywhere.

DFRESH 02-13-2009 07:33 PM

So, maybe it could accidently fall between the frame rails of Karma and Tony could break it in. :D

slamdimpala 02-13-2009 07:50 PM

Not to hijack the thread but is that a ceramic coating on the exhaust? It looks like chrome but wont chrome turn colors from the heat? Does anybody know who does the exhaust coating like that? Again sorry for jacking this.

Just the top billet piece would make one crazy cool air cleaner for a carbed setup!! Then just add a conical filter on the snout!
