We have not decided yet if we want to do stock, if we get enough request we will do them.

JamesJ 04-01-2009 09:46 PM

What kind of price do you see for the handles?

ebncrdr 04-01-2009 09:50 PM

The one point I see is you can anodized them. I am not sure there is really a want for same as stock but if there is I will do it. We are working on prices now and will try to get that up here ASAP. ON the way to del mar so might be a day or so.

Mr.VENGEANCE 04-02-2009 09:25 AM

I know those look good.. but i bet you even more that they look absolutely insane ON a car..

I would brush them to match my bumpers... They would be just better then using the stockers, I have to buy some so the cost for me will only be the difference in the two.

Weldon0405 04-03-2009 07:31 AM

I can't wait to check out the black anodized. They sound almost perfect for my plans.

fesler 04-03-2009 06:55 PM

We are out at Del Mar and will have prices and styles up when we get back. There will be a few different styles of these and the price will be very fair.

I would be concerned with anodizing them....I wouldn't think they would hold up well. My experiance is that it scratches WAY easy!

Jay Hilliard 04-05-2009 12:02 PM

I would love to see a polished set of these.

fesler 04-16-2009 09:19 AM

We are working on final fitments now and once we have that I will post up shots of the styles we have and the finished on a car so you can see them.

The new design is so much better than the factory IMO and I think will be a huge hit. Pics coming soon

sorry for the wait

Rick Dorion 04-16-2009 12:50 PM

Brushed sounds great, Chris. Looking forward to pics. Is the anodizing more like hard coating?

70rs 04-16-2009 08:43 PM

Second gen billet handles

I am curious about the anodizing too. I have had sun fade problems with item on my sportbike. Do you have a way around this? Also, any chance for a set made for second gens? I think brushed and smoothed corners to go with the softer shape of the bumpers. Stock second gen handles don't match anything on the car.

John510 04-18-2009 02:46 PM

When do we get to hear pricing?

buds87gn 04-19-2009 01:10 PM

Yeah! what he said.... any idea on price?

fesler 04-20-2009 01:52 PM

We are going to sell them around $229-$249 finished and ready to install, this will be all parts needed to install and finished in Brushed, Polished or Anodized, we are not sure if we will be able to offer them raw yet becaue of cut finish.

As soon as we have the final shape we will be able to decide this. We will be taking orders next week for them if all goes well. New pics to be added soon but they look sick

Yes you have to hard coat anodizing for it to last and they usually warranty it if it fades depending on what happens, this is some of what we are working on right now with some test parts in the nice hot AZ sun. So far so good

we are working on 2nd gen handles right now as well and will have pics up soon

Yes anodizing will be a hard coat to protect it from the sun.

spchiv 04-28-2009 12:02 PM

What's the status for ordering? Thanks.

Stale67SS 04-28-2009 12:38 PM

The ones Chris had on display in Delmar were sick, I'm super excited about these! Can't wait to sell them, and use them on our next project! Chris, I have a 68 camaro we are working on for a customer that needs to get a set of these in brushed. I'll be talking to you!

Hopefully tomorrow we are working on them right now. I am trying as fast as I can guys. Have a lot of cool parts coming out in the next few weeks and its hard to keep up on all of them. But trust us they are all coming and will be in stock ready to move very soon. I will have a ton on display at Goodguys Pleasanton next weekend. If you are at the show come by and check them out.
