Take it to Walgreens and just have them print it.

then go to any hobby / craft store and buy a generic frame and your good to go.

Very cool picture. Its not Rainier or Baker. If it wasnt dated from the 50s, I was going to guess Mt St. Helens due to the fact that the top looks like it blew off. But St Helens didn't blow until 1980. Regarless, that is a great picture. I would display that if I had it.
