It's a preview thing I did in speed reading.. December issue (I didn't think it was out yet..)

A pic in process and a rendering with a blurb about it.. :)

Can't wait to see it at SEMA.. oh, the dec issue is the one we hand out at SEMA so that is sorta cool as well..

Nice to be home to my fast internet.. woot!

ok that makes more since i was thinking it was done and you had done a feature already......I was thinking dam that is fast!

XcYZ 10-10-2005 08:43 AM

Yep, it's a build picture, but it's really close to being finished in the pic in the mag (or so it would seem :D ). I thought it was a great shot, particularly after the hard time Frank gave him about leaking a rear suspension pic a few weeks ago.

907rs 10-10-2005 08:53 AM

Congrats, Bill! Can't wait to check it out.

69rs 10-10-2005 09:40 AM

Cograts Bill! I can't wait to see it in Daytona!

Streetking 10-10-2005 11:03 AM

Car

Looking forward to laying my eyes on that one.

Bill Howell 10-10-2005 12:20 PM

Thanks Guys, Just getting home from the shop that is putting the finishing touches on the car and I did not know the issue was out yet. Thanks again Steve for the plug
Actually, Street and Performance delivered the radiator and fan today so that was the last thing we were waiting on. We should have it running by the weekend and then try and get all the little things done before loading it up and heading west. It is certainly down to the wire, but now that we have all the parts, I feel alot better.
Now if I can just get my copy.....LOL

ProdigyCustoms 10-10-2005 12:30 PM

Damn it Bill, What picture did you let out? Could someone scan it so I can see the story?

BTW, Congratulations Bill and thank you very much Steve.

What picture didn't he let out?!? You should know by now that Bill can't be trusted! :_paranoid I will say, he has every right to be proud of that car though. Frank, y'all did an awesome job!

Autokraft 10-10-2005 03:47 PM

Very nice Bill!! I'll be lookin for that one at Sema.

Kurt

67Sally 10-10-2005 04:05 PM

How come I am always out of town when my PHR shows up. Congradulations Bill and I look forward to seeing the car at SEMA.
W.

Bill Howell 10-10-2005 04:05 PM

Y'all just go easy on me at the show. This car is built to be a driver and I have never built one to be a showcar so I hope it does not disappoint. I can not wait to get the show behind me and drive the dang thing.

Damn True 10-10-2005 04:06 PM

Wow.

That is bitchin! Wish I could see it in person.

You must be chomping at the bit to drive the darn thing.

Rear 3/4 shot, painted but no front fenders yet.. has wheels on.. :)

I ran it with the matching rear shot (rendered)..

I didn't think the Dec issue was out yet.. I just got mine last Wednesday..

This is the issue we will be handing out at SEMA.. Oh, there are LOTS of board people in this issue.. Including ATS, Rick's Hot Rods, Marquez Design, Twist Machine and others..

It's my way to give back to the community that has done so much for me.

Congrats Bill.. can't wait to feature your car for real!!

XcYZ 10-10-2005 07:33 PM

Yep, tons of good stuff in this issue.

And to make things even better, I actually got my copy this past Saturday. :)

Thanks Steve, and be sure to tell him WHO gave you those pictures, uh, I do not believe it was me...LOL
Maybe the feature will be a good winter trip for you this winter. Hey, at least I own something that doesn't have TTII's on it now.

Ummgawa 10-11-2005 06:14 AM

I got the issue in the mail, took it to my daughters Volleyball game, opened the front cover, wife asked me to go to the Family Truckster to get the DVD recorder. I set the issue down at my seat and when I got back, GONE!!
I used the zoom and looked the whole crowd over to see if somebody was reading it, no luck. I just had to laugh. I did have the lesser HOTROD mag with me also, in the truckster, so I read that.

I can almost respect stealing a good Car Mag. Note I said ALMOST.

Opps, sounds like one I sent him. Guess I need to kick my own ass. But long as it looked good!

Oh yeah, sorry Bill.

haha, looking forward to seeing it.

Its about time you took it easy on Bill. I'm sure this car is like having a newborn kid. You want to show she/he off to everyone.

I can not hold out any longer, so without completely blowing it, here is a shot.
Yes, that is a radiator, condenser, and intercooler stuffed up front. My hope is this car meets most expectations at SEMA.
