Wow, that thing is nuts, 1132 hp :wow:

Good luck with the sale, you could not build that car for that money.

prototyperacing28 07-09-2009 02:48 PM

I do not need to sell the car by no means, but it is just sitting in the garage. I am more of a water dog and enjoy the water a little more. I have found a boat that I really want and that is why I am looking to sell. Also, I just had a little boy and I feel that he would also have a lot more fun on the water as well. I am also more worried when he gets older what will happen when I turn my back for a short period of time. Thanks again for your comments!

I wish it was me with the cash! That is one badass car. Big block, huffer, manual trans and the perfect stance and the wheels look perfect on it. What more could a guy want in a PT car? Nice!

Flash68 07-11-2009 02:19 AM

Sick car! And I agree you need to put it on ebay and give that a shot. I think it could fetch more than your asking price possibly. Worth a shot!

That is cheap if it is as nice in person as the pics are. A buddy of mine got $60K out of his 69 about 6 weeks ago and it is not half the car this one is

Pictures do not do this car justice. The interior is all new (carpet, headliner, door panels, door hardware, DSE dash with autometer carbon fiber gauges, Recaro seats that are about 3 years old with 5 point harness, shifter boot, etc, etc). The exterior is nice as it looks!! The bumpers are in excellent condition, wheels are excellent with no curb marks or scuffs, good tires, aerospace slotted and drilled rotors with polished calibers, and the paint is nice. This car can not be build for what I have in it!!! PEROID!!! In my opinion, this is the best combo for a muscle car: 1969 Camaro RS, black/black, big block car, 12 bolt rear end, TKO 600 5 speed trans, and gobbes of power! Turn key car!!!

I have put the Be Cool radiator in it. I have installed the TKO 600 5 speed with twin disc cluth (1000 HP clutch), bell housing, drive shaft, pedals, cross member, etc. I have put all new interior in the car from door panels, to carpet, DSE dash with gauges, shifter boot, sill plates, rear view mirror, etc. I have also added the billet taillights and fog lights along with DSE hood hindges. I installed a new dart intake with polished intake bolts, new procharger blower hat, new weather stipping, and added some new braided brake lines. I have also purchased a new DSE electric headlight conversion, but it has not been installed yet. Also made the exhaust exit behind rear tires. New battery!

tones2SS 07-20-2009 08:06 AM

I can't believe this bad boy is still for sale?!?!
I wish I had a job already!!! GOOD LUCK!:lateral:

I have had 5-6 people that are real interested, but no one has brought me the money. The people that are interested in this car, knows what it cost to build this type of car. I had the car out this past weekend (first time in over 2 months) and drove through a cruise in, but did not stop, and everyone at that event was pointing and looking. Guys, there are not to many cars on the street that are running this kind of power, sound, and reliablity at this kind of price. I need to make a youtube video of this car and I think that will sell it.

SOUNDS GOOD TO ME!!! Please post the link to the youtube when you get it up and running. I want to her that bad boy idling and revving.
You are correct. You CANNOT build that car for the price you are asking. NO WAY, NO HOW!!

nuzzo 07-20-2009 07:03 PM

was the car automatic then you converted to stick? very nice looking car, a little more than i want to spend (more power than i need) and i'm too lazy to shift.......very nice though

Yes, the car had a powerglide in it when I purchase the car. It was hard on the car driving it on the interstate with the way the transmission was geared. This car can now be driven anywhere with more reliablity and better gas mileage!

Vegas69 07-21-2009 08:11 AM

Do yourself a favor and make a video. It makes a huge difference. Just make sure it's pro.
