Getting ready to pick up the 69 camaro at Mikes Custom cars
 

Practicing pulling wheelies with my new short wheel base camaro. Getting psyched to pick up the sheet metal, gonna trailer the hardware to Mike and bring it home as a roller.

How far of a drive Rich? I just got back from Mikes a couple of weeks ago .750 miles.

Mapquest says 671 miles, Im in northern Jersey, I rented an enclosed trailer for the trip. Was it 12 to 13 hours for you? Did you see the red shell?

No Rich Mike had it in the booth:( He told me about it though:faint: Can't wait to see it get those pics rolling.. It was exactly 11 hours each way I averaged about 68 to 70 mph the whole way. If you have access to a Garman gps its the sh!t..

Damn Rich, I cant wait to see it! Tommy told me you were getting it soon. I'm always checking MCCs site for updated pics but I havent seen any painted yet. I bet its like Christmas all over again! :thumbsup:

Its killing me more, Its my understanding that the paint issues are resolved and theres still a hood and deck lid to be painted and wet sanding the whole car . I can only hope that it will be done soon, its out of my control. Its been a long time.
