Total weight is 1.6 pounds, after market sill plate is .2 a 1.4 pound difference

Yes we can do engraving for an additional cost (that we can discuss depending on the request) the thinnest area is 3 /16 the thickest area is ½ inch If you have any other questions please feel free to call 815-462-0090

There is approximately a ¼ in. of clearance when the door is in a closed position.
