Projects from Jason Rushforth/Kenny Davis Hot Rods
Travis asked that I'd post these two projects that were designed by Jason Rushforth for Kenny Davis Hot Rods. He'll fill us in on all the details.
Thanks guys! I'm looking forward to seeing them come together. https://lateral-g.net/rushforth/64malibu.jpg https://lateral-g.net/rushforth/jbchevelle.jpg |

Thanks Scott
I would like to say that Jason does killer work and is very good to deal with, we use him on every project. I would highly reccomend him to anyone here his prices are great and turn around time is second to none. Not only will he put what you want to see on paper but he also knows what looks good and what doesn't. He was very influential in both of the drawings you see here.......thanks Jason :hail: :hail: :hail: :hail: :hail: The 64' in my personal project and is currently under way in the back corner of the shop. That's cool, I was just reading that in next month's issue of one of the car mags will be a article on James Brown and his cars. It looks like he has a liking to 69 camaro's. Just wish I knew which mag. is was.

As somewhat of an artist myself, I would like to know what he uses to do the shading... looks amazing! I've never expanded myself past the basic lead-pencil, but I'd like to try doing some of that type of cool art. :hail:

Thanks for the kind words Travis and the rest of the group. Those are going to be cool cars and as for Travis' spec list, I will do whatever it takes to keep a 4" cowl hood off JB's car. No offense to anyone who owns one but I like the natural lines of a flat hood or the original cowl hood instead of the street car shootout units made to clear 2 N2O plates and a Dominator.
Derek, I use alcohol based markers from Chartpak, Tria, and Prismacolor Scott wants some more "car porn" so watch for new stuff coming soon! |

That is the preliminary spec list lol.....we have the motor on a stand in the shop and it is a lot of motor to go under that hood. we'll keep are fingers crossed.lol |

JB is a true car guy he likes all kinds of cars, you are correct he owns a few camaros, and a whole lot of other stuff..... |
I spent a lot of time standing next to FastMad--a tight, red 55 Nomad--during my smoke breaks at SEMA. What a cool ride! And it got incredibly positive reactions from the crowds. It really struck a chord with everyone around.
Nice work. |
