Just to clarify, I got first in my class, but not the best in the world ( Just for you Al ) or even the entire show. George Poteets Truck was the Best Truck, They cleaned up on the Outstanding awards. Scotts Hot Rods Got the AMBR with a 33 FORD. |
Nice work Roger! Your Truck will win many more awards...
|
Congrats Rodger. You and your crew deserve it!

About the best coverage on the net that I know of.
http://public.fotki.com/wackydave/ca...tional-road-1/ http://public.fotki.com/wackydave/ca...national-road/ The winner. The bottom one on the list took the prize. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/s...d.php?t=441658 Poteet's truck was awesome and has rivets then things that float or fly. Insane detail. It is boarder line too much, but Insane none the less. Bobby Walden had a 32 3 window that was Pro-touring to the bone. I will try to post pics later today. I will probably attend the hammers on friday for sure. |
Those HAMBS weren't to happy about the winner...
|
Good Work Rodger!!!

Great to see one of our own getting the love! Great job Rodger. Well deserved!
|
Thanks Guys, Now I have to decide if we drive the wheels off of it or sell it.
|
Congrats!
Drive the wheels off it! Unless you need to sell it IMO |
My only reason to sell it is to be able to build something else. Either my 36 ford or a 67 chevelle.....
|
Great job! It looked awesome at the show! If you end up selling it, I hope it goes to a good home!
|
That truck looked great and was well deserving of the win. Congrats Rodger!!

Sell it and let someone else drive the wheels off. I want to see another one from your demented imagination! Seriously, you can't keep it bottled up. Go beat on something cheaper. :woot: |
