killer video and driving, nice guy, too. I sat by him at a pre screening of the Fast and Furious 3. He did some of the stunt driving for it.

Nice !! That road is fun to drive even at normal speeds, I can't imagine being able to run it like that....:bow:

Maybe I just don't get it. I mean, it's fun to watch, but put a good driver (like Mary P) or someone in a GT3 and skip all the slipping and sliding and see who has the better time.

Tanner already did that on an episode of Supercars Exposed with Townsend Bell and him racing up and down in the same 3 cars for best times. One Porsche 997TT I believe, and a Ferrari something, and a Lotus Exige.

What gave you the impression he cared about how long it took him to do that?

Yeah, I'm pretty sure he knows it's not the fastest way around a track.

I'd say you're right. The first thing I said was 'Tanner's a great driver'. It was more of a comment on drifting vs speed. I guess if you like tearing up tires (which can be entertaining) this is fun. Personally I'd rather watch Rally comp than drifting comp...
