Bullrun tv series

 Did you guys know that myself & my 19 year old daughter are currently on the tv series Bullrun ??

Jon69RagTop 03-21-2010 05:29 PM

Very cool

I've been watching, but had not put two and two together that you were on this forum.

Looking forward to hearing more details. Nice looking car and kudos for getting your daughter involved. I have three daughters and the oldest two have each experieinced part of the Power Tour with Dad. Great times to share with the kids.

Post up some pictures / updates if you can !! Congrats !

How much out of pocket expense does it usually cost to do this event? You need a good car of course, but what about the fuel and such? Do they help out in that dept. or is it 100 % up to you to flip the bill?

markjanos 03-21-2010 07:54 PM

Yes I was there, alot of fun

6D9 03-21-2010 09:35 PM

Great car! You guys smoked them around the dirt track. I sure wish they would relax with the dirt challenges. Much rather see you guys on the road. If I were going to do the show I would get a box stock or mild modified GMC AWD cyclone. It would do great in any type of course.

BlackenedRR 03-21-2010 09:45 PM

Just watched the latest episode! Awesome work on the dirt track, way to let it all hang out!!!

ProdigyCustoms 03-21-2010 11:21 PM

We had a in on the show last year, but could not stomach the abuse the car goes through. Last year that had that pour VW bus on what equated to a motocross track.

Awesome car, and not affraid to beat it up. You got some big ones!

Very cool you can do this with your daughter.

You doing the New York to Las Vegas Bull Run Rally this year? The Chevelle is doing it again.

I remember you and the car from Motorstate, as soon as I saw Bullrun. Your car looked like it had just rolled of the show room floor in June. Is it safe to assume Bullrun took place afterwards?

More than I'd like...but it's about half way...

SBDave 03-25-2010 12:36 PM

Nice looking Cuda! I've got a 73 I'm working on that's very rough compared to yours. Any links to more technical data about the modifications? I looked around the links you posted and found some info but not much.

Good luck!

Congrats on last weeks win. I almost cried when you hit the truck. But it's cool to see someone drive the snot out of a high end muscle car. Good luck on the rest of the season.

markjanos 03-26-2010 03:24 PM

There are some stats on the car on lateral g.net in members rides.

89 RS 03-26-2010 09:20 PM

Mark, that's awesome you are on here. Kind of funny that I have been rooting for you and your daughter, and never put the two together. I knew there was a reason I started rooting for ya. You have been kicking some butt in those driving challenges! I like how Goldberg referred to you guys as a fart...silent but deadly.

Moparmatty 03-29-2010 10:58 AM

Cuda Suspensions?

Hey Mark. Cuda looks great. Just wondering what suspensions you have in both the front and rear?

markjanos 03-29-2010 03:22 PM

the front suspension is riellymotorsports with willwood 14inch calipers, rear is custom independent rear suspension

Rybar 03-29-2010 04:00 PM

Killer Cuda Mark  didn't know you were on the site either. Have been rooting for you every show I have seen.

markjanos 03-30-2010 03:50 AM

Rybar , love your camaro, im going to get a camaro someday.

BlackenedRR 05-01-2010 04:02 PM

So what are your thoughts on it all now that it's over?

markjanos 05-02-2010 06:09 PM

well it was definetly a blast , once in a life time experience, should have beatin the lambo though:willy:

T-Type 05-03-2010 01:43 AM

i was quite surprised the lambo won. was rootin' for you guys. great driving skills you and your navigator have.

PASD U 05-03-2010 06:29 AM

I had a lot of fun just watching it, I couldn't imagine being in it. I joked with my girlfriend about trying to get in but I'm not sure I could stomache the abuse that the cars sometimes take. I cringed every time I watched the replay of your car smashing thru the fence and almost had heart failure when the car hit the big rig.

killerridez 05-03-2010 05:52 PM

Aeswome job markjanos. We had a bullrun marathon sat/sun. recorded all the episodes and watched them back to back. I was rooting for you guys the whole way through. Awesome car by the way. I've got the Bullrun bug now. Looking for a 1968 Camaro to build

70TWO NOVA 05-05-2010 12:04 AM

awesome car! I was rooting for you from the beginning! Again Great job
