Finally finished mounting my new wheels. What do you guys think about the smoked titanium with the dark gray. Might get the centers powdercoated in a darker finish can't decide.

Looks great. I like it that shade, I don't know that I'd go any darker.

x2 and also a rear shot of the meats!

6D9 03-23-2010 09:58 AM

Also could you measure your ride height?? Both front and rear from the lowest bottom/center of each wheelwell to the ground.

Thanks!

tones2SS 03-23-2010 10:32 AM

Looks good!

Okay I edited the picture and made it bigger. This is the first time I have ever posted a picture on a board like this so bare with me. I am at work and don't have a picture of the rear end or the wheel well deminsions. I will get them when I get home later this evening. I'll also try and load a pic from the rear, it looks awesome. The wife and I went cruising last weekend and we had people following us around giving us the thumbs up and pulling up at lights asking all kinds of questions. Thanks for the kind words guys I feel better about the wheels now and may leave it like it is.

Keith

torino420 03-23-2010 11:21 AM

much better, of course more pics are welcomed.

Looks great... I would not go any darker. I'm not a big fan of dark wheels to begin with, so I'm alittle biased too....

Rybar 03-23-2010 02:17 PM

I think it looks killer the way it is.

Please post some more pics and info on your car

Kieth, that looks awesome---perfect combo in my opinion. Great wheels and great choice of color combo. I have the same wheels on mine and I really like them---I think I like your combo better!

Bigger picture really confirms my thoughts...I wouldn't change a thing.

torino420 03-23-2010 03:47 PM

I'm curious to find out what tire you are using in the rear, I assume 335 30's?
Look forward to more info and pictures.

I'm debating on these in brushed or titanium and love the look of yours. Hoping to see some in person this weekend to finalize my decision.

Nice!!! Car looks awesome!

BlwnAlky 03-23-2010 06:07 PM

Okay I added a couple more pictures. I also measured the front and rear wheel wells and the distance on the front is 23 1/2 inches centering the front wheel straight up and down. The back measures 24 5/8 inches also center of the wheel. I hope this helps guys, and yes they are 335/30 Nitto NT05 on a 19X12 wheel with 5.5 inches back spacing. I narrowed a 9 inch rear end with moser axles and a detroit true trac. The rear suspension is a quadralink. Any other questions just ask and I'll be happy to answer.

dlouie87 03-24-2010 05:36 PM

Looks really good!

Ron Fox 03-27-2010 11:10 PM

Great wheels with a killer stance. Car looks perfect. Are you running the original sub?

Thanks.

BlwnAlky 03-28-2010 07:05 AM

Yes Ron it still has the original subframe under it, only thing I did was add ATS spindles. Plan is to change it later so I'm trying to leave it alone but it's hard. Thanks to everyone for the compliments!

Keith

Nick.V70 03-29-2010 01:20 PM

Looks great, congrats on the wheels:thumbsup:

DriverzInc 03-29-2010 03:15 PM

Wheels and stance are everything, and you nailed both, good job!
