Ultimate Restorations 68 Camaro Rebirth
 

Hey guys, here is the story of our shop car from Ultimate Restorations In Danbury,CT. We have had this 68 for more then 20 years and it has gone though many diffrent changes over the years, The last rebuild was about 4 years ago, but now its time for a change. After a few years the car was torn back down and sat as we grew our business and concentrated more on customers cars and other peoples rides, then 3 years ago, it was time for a rebuild and she came out with her fresh "Ultimate Orange" paint, 700hp Blown small block, and some ugly cheesy wheels, however, the car won a TON of shows including Boston World of wheels, frank miradas car show, and many large local and national shows, Here she is at boston W.O.W http://i862.photobucket.com/albums/a...fwheels048.jpg

We wanted to do something diffrent with the center console, so we mocked up a few diffrent things with wood and then started bending metal.

Anddd now the car is at our friends Custom Interior & Audio in Danbury,CT, Getting some crazy new skins, top, stereo and a host of other goodies, Ill have weekly updates on this beauty. Were trying hard to make it to SEMA this year with it, and with the way things are going it should be easily up to par!

the car looks to be coming along good.. wheels are alot nicer then the others lol

LOL the old wheels were terrible, Boze wheels are really some nice pieces, were getting another set for our 68 camaro coupe, and a set for our 97 Supra

The car looks great. I like the label about the sleeping giant. Cool
