as an attachment:

start thread, or make a post in a thread
scroll down to "manage attachments"
click button
click on "browse" button
navigate to the picture you want to post. It probably starts at pictures, then click on the pic you want
do this for whichever pics you want. I think you can do 5 or so per response.
click "upload"
when it's finished, close that box and hit "submit reply" button
