Need some prayers for my grandson
 

My grandson has been in the hospital since last Monday and was rushed into Childrens Hospital in Boston on Thursday where he's been in ICU and will be there for another week or two. He is being treated for RSV and some other bacterial problems. He is in a coma and they have him paralyzed so he doesn't dislodge any of his tubes. The machines are doing everything for him right now but, they are going to try and start to ween him off this week. He's 2 1/2 months old. We are taking it hour by hour so any prayers you can say would be appreciated.

Praying for your Grandson and your family. When my son was about the same age as your Grandson he caught Hooping Cough and was in ICU for about a week in a coma. The put him in a coma so that he could get better. That was an extremely hard week but God came through and he is a healthly 19 month old now. Hang in there he will get better!

Very sorry to hear this. It is tough especially when it is a young child let alone anyone in ICU. I will keep you and your family in our families prayers. Get well soon little guy!

Pete, Our prayers are with you. Our little one (5 mos) who we are foster parenting is going through RSV right now but his is a much milder case. It sounds like your grandson is getting the best of care. Hang in there!

Children have an amazing ability to bounce back. Stay positive.

My daughter went thru a frightening infection at about 8 months of age. Those bad times are long behind us & she's the most active, energetic kid on earth.
