Mary Pozzi's Youngest Fan!!!
 

Last year, at the Good Guys Del Mar Autocross, Mary gave my then 2 year old son a "trading card" that he held on to and talked about for months afterwards. So this year I took my now 3 year old to the same event in Del Mar last weekend. His only hope was to see Mary Pozzi in her RED Camaro!

Mary, a huge thanks goes out to you for taking the time to make him feel special that day. My little buddy was so jazzed and he has been telling everyone all about his meeting with you on Saturday. I attached some pictures - hope you enjoy.

That is awesome! I can't wait to try to get my little girl and any subsequent kids hooked on the hobby. It looks like Mary is certainly doing her part to pass the hobby along to the next generation.

I figured I would also share that he loves his Car Show Bratwurst - which he is enjoying here with his Uncle Mike and his Pops.

My 7 yr. old daughter loves watching Mary as well, she knows which car is hers every time we go out to the track. You're right, it is nice that Mary takes the time to to acknowledge the little ones too.

I'm a young man but I felt like a little kid when I talked to her lol. I could hardly say anything lol.

That's awesome. Having a 2.5 yr old son, I can relate how those little things can make a huge difference.
