Adopting 10 month old boy
 

Well my wife and I are becoming parents this week! He is amazing, smart and of course the best looking kid anywhere:D

after 10 years of marriage- it is quite a change- but we are so ready- Chris

Congratulations! Kids are such awesome 'creatures'. You will learn new things from them as they will from you.

BTW.. your statement is false... because I happen to have the best looking kids ;)

Thanks everyone. he is doing amazingly well- Monday was our first car drive- and tonight stays for good- And we just met at the begining of April:D

Congratulation's Chris thats great. My daughter is adopting a babby girl she has had since she was 8 days old. Now she's 17 months and got grandpa by the heart. Enjoy!

my mom does foster kids and today was one's final day with her because she got adopted by a new mother, after being with my mom for about 14 months.

always great to hear about little kids getting a second chance at a better life

well tonight is the first night he is ours! It is kinda hard to believe.

"Normal" adoptions take a ton of time but this one happened really really fast. We met for the first time just two weeks ago and here I am a dad! I just got the CARS movie- figured I would burn that into his retinas- then I need to introduce him to anything with 4 wheels on it:D

His name is Alexander, I am changing his middle name to Christopher- after me. It's been a fun week hanging out with him. He is very laid back. I don't think it has fully hit me yet-
