The Pearl Cyclone 12-06-2010 09:37 AM

Northeast Rod Run 12-06-2010 12:01 PM

I really like the way the flame follows the quarterpanel on the rendering

Hdesign 12-06-2010 01:41 PM

I have a few more pictures of some of the new parts that will be using on the project. I will be bringing the car home from the paint shop this week and starting on the assembly process.

Why not keep your new posts in your previous "Not another Pro Touring Camaro Thread"?

Because then it would just get lumped in with the rest of the pro-touring Camaro build threads on this site, and it isn't just another one of those...

Matt

Mkelcy 12-12-2010 10:11 PM

What front and rear suspension, brakes, engine and transmission? I've got piles of parts, it's how it goes together that counts.

ProdigyCustoms 12-12-2010 11:04 PM

The bottom of the hood looks very nice

Heigts front end, wilwood brakes, 9" rear with quadralink from Detroit Speed, and LS3 Carburated 515 HP from factory.

Its higher end. Not what the average Joe does.

Now I feel bad for my poor 21st Century Street Machine subframed/Lateral Dynamics 3 link rear/GMPP 376-480 LS3/Viper T56/Recaro Ergomed/Vaporwerx/Isis multiplex wired piece of crap. Oh well . . . maybe some day I can aspire to building something "higher end" too.

To the OP, you need a serious attitude adjustment.

If your happy its all good.

There are alot of nice projects of all sorts here, I would not try and set yours apart with words, let the car do the talking, IMO.

Hope you have fun with it and it turns out the way you want it.

Welcome.

So is every car you see around here, is not about the ''level of building'' is the dedication someone puts behind it. There's no such thing as ''higher end'' if you want a high end pro touring car ger a Ferrari...

Looks pretty cool, I like the paintjob, and cool engine, me likey a lotta :D

Romulus 12-25-2010 10:49 AM

I like it. Looks like the one I saw at McDonald's yesterday.

I bet he was eating that high end Angus burger though.

skatinjay27 12-25-2010 01:49 PM

that a good looking blue!
but that gas tank seems pretty "joe" and doesn't fit in with the whole high end theme of the build...;)

The Pearl Cyclone 02-01-2011 07:33 PM

Its a Roller! Not your average Pro Touring 69 Camaro

Thanks

wellis77 02-02-2011 12:56 AM

Yes, It is mini tubbed. I didnt go with the 330 tire. I am using a 295/19 but I can always go wider if I change my mind.

Lemmons. They were great, they sent me a mock up set of headers hat I test fitted. I made a few adjustments and sent them back to be finished up and Jet Hot coated. I highly recommend them for custom headers.
