How To Make Your Muscle Car Handle

Mark savitske's new book by that name is out. I didn't notice it posted anywhere else, but he has helped several people on this site including myself so pick up a copy! He is also a site sponsor and most important, my car is in it.
The book is sold by CarTech and I bought my copy on Amazon.

You are not alone same problem here too.

I ordered mine through amazon in canada, and it said not in stock, but arrived a few days later. Amazon places orders to cartech every day so don't be surprised if it shows up a lot sooner.
You can also get the book directly from Cartech. I was going to but the shipping to Canada was more then the book. lol

Ditto... I ordered from Amazon as well and must read before proceeding with the suspension.

I have just read through Mark's new suspension book.

http://www.amazon.com/Make-Your-Musc.../dp/1934709077

I think it is likley the most accurate and relevant body of work I have seen yet. While the degreed suspension engineer may have some corrections to make, the other 99.5% of us will be able to glean a large amount of knowledge that will improve our cars. I continue to include myself in that list because, although I do understand the concepts he has brought forth in this book, it served to remind me of their relevance and importance. It never hurts to brush up!
The data that Mark has included in this book is all available in a variety of hardcore engineering books and other reference material. What makes this book special is that he has sifted through all that to bring us information that is useful in the real world. I am going to make it required reading for my sales/tech guys, and highly suggest that anyone with an interest in improving the overall performance of their car invest in this book as well.
Nice work Mark, truly nice work!

Ordered mine this weekend. Here's the message. I guess that is really not that far away.

"Shipping estimate for these items: March 9, 2011 - March 11, 2011".

BombsAway!

Just bought my copy. Wish I did it when I first saw this thread... As they take a lifetime to ship to Australia (when it REALLY shouldn't).

Really looking forward to reading it in-detail.

Got a rubbery budget of $10-15k, to make my 2nd gen do more than straight-lines. Wheels, Tires, Brakes, Suspension. That money was NOT easy to come-by, and mostly due to AUD vs. USD changes.

I know it can be done, but it'd be nice without a side-serve of "tight-ass!" abuse from forum users worldwide :P
