Believe it or not we just started on another 70 Cuda for a new customer. He then bought Sick Fish and liked some of the design Q's so much that were going to some what emulate Sick Fish but with a new twist.

Nope. Just fixing a few items. Updating the Big Stuff computer and addressing a few minor issues. The car doesn't even have a 1000 miles on it.

Nice. One of my favorites. I've watched that episode of Rides about 5 times. I have the same question as others...what's the purpose of its visit?

You might want to let superbuytires know, because I got a email from them this morning with it for sale at $220K in the ad... :willy:

youthpastor 03-03-2011 02:09 PM

WOW- how cool is that! I always thought it would be cool to update the car to the original Foose design- It would be a totally new car-

Ishmael 03-03-2011 02:46 PM

On a different thread - maybe on a different board - someone was complaining that the car didn't even get driven so the fact that Joe Rogan bought it doesn't make him a car guy on its own. Someone else replied that no one knows if it gets driven or not. Less than a 1000 miles proves it.

Oh man ... One of my favorites cars of all time. When I saw the Rides episode I decided the next build would be a cuda

How long will it be there? I'm going to be in your area in 2 weeks. My son and I would die to get to see it that up close and personal.

I'll give you $100 if you let me drive it around the block :)

tones2SS 03-03-2011 06:21 PM

Great car. I wouldn't mind a '70 Cuda.

GregWeld 03-03-2011 08:27 PM

You lucky "Basterd" (play on the word intended).... I'd love to work on a car like that!

:hail: :hail: :unibrow: :D

awr68 03-03-2011 08:52 PM

I bet I could put 1k miles on it in a week...easy!!

XcYZ 03-03-2011 08:53 PM

Love that car. More please. :D

bentfab 03-04-2011 08:57 AM

This great! I feel the same way about you guys. The year it was debuted at SEMA I couldn't wait to see it in person. And here we are 7 plus years later I get to drive and work on it. My customer took me to Joe's house when we first went to go look at the car to look it over. Joe is a super cool dood. He just never had the time to use it. The car does drive and handle pretty nice.

Sickfish is one sweet ride. You are a lucky man my friend.

dirtybird 03-04-2011 07:01 PM

That car is timeless, still looks grreat like when they first built it.

Flash68 03-06-2011 07:13 PM

I just watched that Rides episode 2 days ago. What's Joe driving these days then? They (Chip and Troy) were making fun of his 911 Turbo in the show.

I think he got a GT3.

syborg tt 03-07-2011 01:24 PM

This was the car that caused my build scope to change.

I was lucky enough to watch it get built at troys shop. I have a few hundred pictures of the build of this car.
