Pics from Spike TV's AutoRox filming
Steve forwarded on a few pics of the Inciner8or and Joe Rogan's Cuda from the filming of Spike TV's AutoRox. Along with Carmen Electra, Joe Rogan and FunkMaster Flex is Tommy White, the owner of Aloha Automotive Services, one of the sponsors of Lateral-g.

Cool cars!

Anyone else here have Carmen Electra in their auto-dial cell phone? :unibrow:
BTW...the show airs on Tuesday night, Jan 25th, at 9:00 PM [eastern/pacific]. |
Well now, you can either share with us or we are not friends any more today :D
|
LOL...her manager was very protective and it was extremely difficult to get any spy pics of her, for the obvious reasons I'm sure. Not that we'd ever think of posting them on the Internet
|
Kidd Rock and George Barris were there, too...

Looks like fun. Hot rods and Hollywood seem to be a growing trend.
|
Wow thats awesome Steve. Sucks I wont be able to watch it at 9, but they will probably rerun it right after, or the next day.
Great Pics Tim |
Thanks for sharing. :hail:
|
Cool pics. i will make sure and watch that tonight.
Mike |
I was expecting more car stuff, and not as much rock 'n roll :_party: I was glad the '05 Vette took top honors.
|
Oh man, I am mad I missed it, my brother taped it so I can watch this weekend. All I want to know is did the 69 Camaro win Chick Magnet car???
Cool to hear the vette won out too! And congrats against LV, must have been awesome watching your own car on TV like that. Tim |
I completely forgot about it last night. Hopefully it will air again. Looks like it was pretty cool. Looks like some killer cars were on hand. I'm a die hard Chevy guy but I'll tell you, Joe Rogans Cuda is awesome!!
|
that is awesome.....looks like it must have been a great time.....must have been kewl to meet kidd rock and others..........hotwheels of turborides
|
I will have to catch it when I get home...Unfortunately, I am doing cold testing in International Falls, MN right now (-40 in the cold box!), and the hotel didn't have Spike...Bummer...
Congrats Steve! J.T. |
It was cool to see the Inciner8or on TV, and the Jag that they debuted was a cool looking car, but some of the other stuff was a little off the wall... I mean, an award for mid-life crisis car? lol
|
The show was ok,at 10 I switched over to see KWS General Lee being built on rides
|
I had a hard time watching it. I would flip back and forth. Lots of neat cars though.
Mike |
I agree, Mike! It was hard to stay on that channel. What language were they speaking, anyway?
|
I really hope Hollywood loses interest in the car hobby soon. They are really cheapening the experience for me. I mean, what the hell does Carmen Electra have to do with cool cars. Has she ever rebuilt a carb? Can she even drive a stick? I doubt it. And rock is great, when it is the segway from one auto scene to another. Not so much when it is the focus of the show.
I think I will stick with the old, bad acting, full of stats, in-depth, greasy car guy shows  And no, I am not old, thank you very much :D |
I finally got a chance to watch it, its getting reaired right now, and I think they cut out the music, I had a tape of it too but had alot more Kid Rock than this rerun does. But wow, they could use some better announcers, or they could read the prompter a few more times before taping. I liked seeing all the cars though...and the Inciner8or looks awesome spinning up there...as well as the Chevelle on the main floor!
Its killing me watching AutoRox and Barret Jackson, but then going outside to 30+ inches of snow and 10 degree weather...GRRR, where spring? Tim |
