i passed dmv today/
 

well after 25 bucks and a trip to pep boys i had my side markers installed.passed with no problem.what do you think

there off.i used painters tape on car then used velcro to that.came off clean.they did look stupid

What state was this? Don't have to worry about side markers with a 67, but I am in trouble if the land of cheese ever wants me to install a front bumper or license bracket.

What makes it even better is that the guy who failed you at the DMV has to KNOW that you'll be taking them off as soon as you get home. lol

Let me ask a question, not to piss in the cornflakes, but in Florida when we had DMV inspections, if you were caught changing out something post inspection, for example these marker lights, you were nailed for it.
IIRC it may have been a criminal violation (I never wrote anyone for it:lol: ), but at least a ticket.

so I had to "install" these for the purpose of roadworthy...they came straight off once passed

Move to Minnesota.... No DMV inspections for emissions or side markers :unibrow:
