Suppose to be shipped last Friday via ups, and email me the tracking number. No email message and phone was disconnected following day. UPS has no such package en route. Not going to make a big deal out of it, money is not the issue here, just wanted to give you all a heads up so you don't follow in my footsteps.
Just miss the the days where you were only as good as your word.

Sorry to hear you got jacked and I wouldn't say it isn't a big deal. I would definitely pay attention to the amounrt of posts somebody has before buying anything from them. Hopefully its just an honest mistake.

I agree. You could also do a phone number search to get the owners name and address. One of the links on the watch forums stated he actually lives in the Phillipines?

I've shut off his posting privileges in the classifieds but haven't banned him yet so maybe he can respond. I'll try to get hold of him, but if he's a scammer as suspected he likely won't respond.

He is leaving a trail though, I guarantee it.... did you receive any emails from him?

well these scammers are usually all over the internet and used prepaid cellphones that could be activated with fake names /and any address ...usually ask you to send them money via monegram or western union ,and cash it at places where theres a limited amount of cameras or non at all ...my friend got scammed out of 150 dollars we were able to get the location of where the money order was cashed but never followed through as most times it takes more money just to get your original money back.

Wow, I dodged a bullet on this one. I believe I pm'd this guy right before Lenie asking for pics, telling him I wanted them and that I would come by to get them since I live about an hour away.

Her never replied then I saw he posted sold to Lenie. I almost called him out on it but now it makes since. I couldn't go by since he wasn't really in Santa Rosa. $300 did seem too good to be true.

Glad to save you the misfortune, it really doesn't hurt that bad. Now here's the part that hurts to tell you all. I just looked up a few of your old threads and the pair of 1033da's you sold earlier is the picture he emailed me. OOOOuch! He gave me different ride heights or I wouldn't have bought them.
