you know, I've been around the car a fair amount, drove it the entire length of Power Tour in 08, know the builder and the next owner very well, but I did not know what the finish was called. I'm guessing that others didn't either or they would have gladly answered your question. ;)

i believe its an anodized color.

Late reply to an old post, but just had to clarify this one - Camaro X's wheels were actually done in a finish called Titanium Black. It's hard to make out from the majority of pictures available of the car, but the centers are a gunmetal color.
