Autokraft 06-15-2011 05:41 AM

Stuart Adams 06-15-2011 06:17 AM

What a great car. Ultimate setup for sure. Drivers not bad either. Congrats.

She's bad.... Mark, I'd be interested to see your best 1/4 mile slip.(60 foot,1/8) etc...

That video was from last summer. I didn't realize we busted the LH engine mount so every time I hit 2nd gear we would pop the hood because the engine would hit it. So I just ran the car on the hood safety catch. Not the best but it worked.

It is hard to believe that I started that I drove that car for the 1st time a year ago tomorrow.

It has been a unbelievable year. The car has been very reliable and we have run it hard in a lot of event.

:wow: :wow: Awesome Ride!! That thing is nasty. That car is with out a doubt a 10 second ride. His 60 foot times have to be above 1.7seconds, the devil was spinning on every launch. I would bet with some nice sticky slicks and a front and rear shock adjusment 10.50s no problem. Great car Mark!

Mark you have raised the bar once again a 69 Camaro with ABS & 800hp with a smooth idle. 11.4 with the hood not completely closed!

Rybar 06-15-2011 04:41 PM

Very nice Mark, that thing sounds badass

lil427z 06-15-2011 04:48 PM

Nice video! I've been wanting to ask you how does the red devil compare to the mule in over all performance track wise, and 1/4 mile wise. I know the red devil has it in braking and reliability just wandering about the rest? Kinda old vs new comparison.

cencalc6 06-15-2011 06:36 PM

what clutch are you running? you have an awsome car!

Sales@Dutchboys 06-15-2011 07:50 PM

Badass:thumbsup: I just love the hearing that car scream down the track.

No I had a stock '69 rubber mount. It sheared the rubber and was hitting the safety interlock. I’m glad the interlock worked but even with that the engine would come up about ¾ of an inch. I replaced it with a urethane one. It solved the issue put I lost some driveline isolation.

Mark, since you've had alot of fun with the car and have driven it alot, any plans to part with it and sell it? Just asking, because you've had some amazing 1st gens in the past...Camaro X, Mule, Red Witch, etc. With that in mind, if you are going to keep Red Devil, what makes it special to you?
