69 Firebird and Camaro Gauge mounting solutions

Hi All,
Here is an update on a few mounting solutions we have been working on.
The first is s mounting bracket that allow the installation of any of our 4-3/8 “ gauges into a 69 Firebird stock dash. Very simple, but effective. PART NO 88968-09 retails for $54.90 each

The next is coming soon, the mounting bezels to mount our 4-3/8” gauges into the square holes on the 69 Camaro. This will have a very nice, factory installed look. Below are some pics of the parts in progress.

We are currently working on second-gen Camaro/Firebird mounting solutions, still a month or so out on that one.

Thought we would get a bit more response on these.
Working on the gen-2 mounts, Are you guys looking for something that mounts in the same location behind the stock panel or a new panel? We started with the stock location, should look like a nice, clean factory install.

Working on it right now, the problem is all of the panels we have here have the mountings damaged. If we can get our hands on a good panel and gauge package, we could finish this up in a week.
I think we have 6 or 7 panels here but without the mounting locations, we can't finish up the project. I'd really like to get this one finished up. We are working on a setup that mounts our gauges behind the factory dash, just like OEM. You can install warning lamps, or stock shift indicator as well in the center hole. It also retains the factory controls, so its going to be a nice clean setup.

I really like the look of the 69 firebird gauges.

This is a great option. I have been looking for something to fit in the stock location. I would prefer a more modern look though.

I would have used that 69 Firebird set up if it was available when I built my car. Looks great.

We can make anything you want, the performance line is a nice modern look

I like the 67/68 cluster but would like to see it dressed up a bit more with a chrome ring like in the other picture. what I think would really pop is for the four smaller gauges to have a chrome bezel that was incorporated into a chrome bezel that ringed the whole gauge. Basically, two rings inside a larger ring.

Mark,
I've been trying to find some pics of a '67 Camaro with the 67 style gauges. I like that 3 in 1 setup... you have any shots of those??

Thanks,
Matt

67 series or the 67 Camaro style?
Both would be a custom build

Black93GT 12-12-2011 04:05 PM

no wonder I can never find a picture of the 67 series in a 3-in-1 configuration. I haven't seen the 67 Camaro style.

the 67 series and a 67 Camaro style are 2 different things. The 67 series is a black and white dial, more of a ford look.

A 67 Camaro style would be black and mint green, a cross between the 68 and 69 series

Wow, what are you looking at pricewise on a kit like that? I like that look a lot. Wasn't a big fan of the little gauges at the bottom until seeing them in the housing. Looks to fit in nicely.

Black93GT 02-14-2012 09:30 AM

Yep... That's exactly what I'm looking for. I like the look of those in the 68 series. Thanks for posting those up!

The 69 Camaro Pods will be available 7/1. Part numbers will be released to our distributors next week and we can acept pre-orders on 6/15.
The pods will be around $189. They only fit NVU gauges, will not work with other brands.
