Does this sound like a scam to you?

I found an add for a second gen camaro in my local craigslist. After a couple of vague emails back and forth, I get this...

Let me explain how this is going to work:
The car is sealed and ready for shipping . Before leaving I had prearranged the deal with eBay and using this service you will get a 5 days testing period after delivery.I already pre-signed transfer of title so it wont be a problem. In the inspection period you can test the vehicle, go with it at your local mechanic for inspection, but do not put more than 200 km's on it. The payment will be made through eBay transfer and only after you will receive the car, I will receive the payment, eBay will immediately authorize shipping and you receive the car for inspection. This way, you will be able to inspect the vehicle before committing to buy,and i will be glad to know that eBay has the possession of the money during the inspection period.
All documents will be delivered along with the car, including owner's manual, clear title, bill of sale, keys, etc.
If we decide to proceed with this deal, i will have to contact eBay and provide them all the necessary information, so they can start the process.I will be needing your full name, address and phone number for that. You will be contacted shortly after that, together with all the instructions to follow and the invoice as well.
If you are interested in buying send me your full name and shipping address so we can make business.
I look forward hearing from y

Where's the link? I'd love to see the pictures of it. Maybe we know who really owns it?

Look up your local FBI Office and send them that address and phone number. Might as well have some fun with them.
