21 laps to get to 2:14

It took me 4 laps to get to 2:17 and.........
I only got 12 laps in total for the day due to me and the car being out of tune

I just want to know why we have to wait until 2013 for the smack talk event!?! Why can't we make this an annual event which means we do one in 2012 too?
