These are the guys that drive 60mph in the fast lane and wont get over. When you have to pass them on the right side, for some insane reason they get angry at that. Newsflash, there are other people on this planet too!

The guy was way out of line grabbing at the gent who wanted to pass. Yes, he may be angry, but he needs to learn how to use it in a positive manner.
