55 Cameo recently finished
 

Not really PT related, but thought some here might like it. This is a 55 Cameo we recently finished and just came out of the interior shop of Hix Design. Started out as an insurance hail damage repair, and well, you know how the rest of that story goes.:D

It is sitting on a second gen Camaro subframe clip, ladder bar style suspension, 454 BBC, auto, etc. We basically redid everything except chassis and driveline, although it did get a clean up by the owner. Enjoy!

Man, that is a home run!

Cameo went to its first show today and got "Best In Class" in the 49-69 custom truck class. Days like to today keep past customers happy and coming back for more.:D

Small update on the Cameo. It has been to a show every week this month and is 3 for 3 scoring 2 best in class and Best in Show last weekend. Although far from many of the cubic dollar builds seen around here, this truck has turned out great for us and more importantly our customer Billy.:thumbsup:

Thank for the props. He is on a roll again this year, nothing less than best of show at all the local shows he has attended, 3 for 3 so far. Just finished painting a 55 post for him a few weeks ago. It was not done to the level of the Cameo, but it still gonna be a head turner.

Just found this. What a wicked truck. Awesome.
