Instagram...anyone using it?
 

Just checked it out for the first time today and think its pretty cool. Wondering if anyone else uses it.

I started using it in early December, I like it. I haven't used it in a while (overseas).

Anyone else use it?

Been wondering the same for a bit now.....lots of people use it, but I don't get it.......isn't it the same as Flickr and Photobucket etc?

I'm using it and love it. It's sort of like Twitter, Facebook and stuff where you can follow people, but you have the ability to instanly post pics. Hence the name "Insta=Instant; Gram=pics." You can "Like it" and comment and type responses on people's pics.

I use it. Love it

So a person could use it to post long overdue build thread updates?

I really like it, quite a few good car and motorcycle feeds. Im "matta437". Mostly local car show pictures.

I haven't read all the details, but Instagram has now announced they have the right to sell your pictures.

Guess I won't be bothering to set up an account after all.

After seeing a TV report on their privacy policy changes which basically gives them ownership and the right to sell your property and information.............how good is it?

Is it good enough to give up your rights without any form of revenue sharing?

They might have backed out of that...

But just incase there is another APP called Pheed that we all started using. Its the same as Instagram..... but this can upload video too.

Who knows if everyone ends up making the switch or not.

Its funny when I first brought this up some of you didn't want any part of it but I see more and more of you guys popping up there.

I use it. Not a ton, but I try to post every now and then.

Instagram was bought by Facebook for a cool $BILLION last year. :waveflag:

It may make sense for the business owners but I just never really connected with the whole Facebook thing.

I have a 23 and 26 year old -- and I've heard all of that before. It's why I never wanted to buy Facebook stock -- because the kids are so fickle! As soon as the old folks get on it -- they're gone!

Can get lost for hours.

Here's a few from my feed. The image quality is a bit wonky when they're blown up to larger than a cell phone screen. Most of these end up on our Facebook page too, but not all of them. And vice versa.
