Any pics yet......

Well day one should pretty much be over. Just wondering if any one has pics yet of the SMOTY contenders. Who are the heavy hitters and what did they show up with?

The winner will be announced tomorrow at 5:30 est, I hope we find out who is in the running before we know the winner.

For sure, I thought the SMOTY autocross was today. I thought we would at least know what was there.

next69 07-06-2012 08:21 PM

According to the Good Guys website the SMOTY participants were to compete today from noon to 2pm. So the auto cross finished nearly 10 hours ago and still no pictures or video's, not even on YouTube. WOW:(

garickman 07-06-2012 09:18 PM

I can't believe not one person has even made a mention of Columbus this year.

Thanks for the info, I know the Bruce White camaro was the black and red one built by the Roadster Shop, and I think one of the two 65 mustang's is the Ring Brothers "Producer".

I think that 69 was built by Dale Boesch from nebraska. He build's some real beautiful cars and street rods. I remember our buddy's at J2 speed speak highly of him. Joe

I am a big ring bros fan but the grey 2nd gen camaro was who I thought would win. It had so many details and mods, the more I looked at it, the more details came into focus. I like it a lot better than scar that he built 2yrs ago. No disrespect to the ring bros either, their car had as much detail which is normal for them.

Great pics! Thanks for posting G-Body  . Any idea who were the other 4 that made the top five?

RECOVERY ROOM 07-08-2012 05:20 PM

We did the interior in the copper 69 Camaro for Dale Boesch, He built a lot of the interior panels for this car and we built some and covered them in leather. Dale had a specific way he wanted it to look. I was going to post pictures a couple of weeks ago but I have had a hard time getting pics off of photobucket. The owner will drive the crap out of it for sure. Good show this year except for the 100 degree heat

Tracy, please send a few of those pictures my way. His car has our Lateral-G wheels on it. I'd like a few images for our website.

Thanks
