Yeah...me too!

Pro-Touring has gone from really nice drivers & street fighter type cars, to super Custom & full blown track cars.

If anyone knows, its gonna be Jake Parrot of Jakes Rod Shop. Looks like the American Iron Series.

You may be right, but that thing is nothing but a pure race car and that is the only class I am aware of. You can see the full tube chassis, full fiberglass front clip, lexan windshield. there is nothing street legal about that beast.

Honorable mention goes to the background pic of the Saleen w the Hoosier sticker...

Also has a full fiberglass body and doors. Pretty sure it is on VFN's website.

Dave ---

You really don't need to build anything like that -- my Mustang will still lap ya...

Forgot to add ---

We'll (Charley and the gang) be at Sonoma Raceway August 6th and 7th... for the Shelby Mini Nats. Better come up and see us!

I know it was not Jake's car, but figured he would know whose it was. I was unaware that he moved up since I have not seen him post anything in a long time.

I don't care what anyone calls that car. It looks killer. Even for a '69. :_paranoid

GDub -- big talker when my car is in pieces buddy!

Pro Tracking FTW!

I'll put Thunderhill on my calendar to come up and watch you Mustangs putt around that track. :lateral:

GregWeld 07-24-2012 05:16 PM

Hey wait a second, I think I could actually run at that event seeing as how I've got a GT500 nowadays. What color pants would I need again Greg? red, yellow, or green  ?

Matt
