Tango Mike Mike

This vid was sent to me by my Dad. He gets all the good stuff. He's in an email group of his peers - Americans that have seen and honor combat veterans.

Here's the text of the email:

I am sending you this video because I believe you as one of my covert cronies will understand and appreciate the sacrifice this American made for his country and his comrades. I also know several of you have served and sacrificed and put yourselves in harm’s way too so this is also a tribute to you and your contributions:

I lost an uncle who was a bomber pilot and also completely selfless like Roy, but still it's hard to write anything after seeing what he did.

Awesome.
Was talking to an older friend of mine. He told me his uncles fought in WWII and barely spoke English. I was also honored to attend the funeral of my wife's grandfather who was in the first waves of soldiers to hit Normandy on D-Day. Her great grand father volunteered fight in WWI but was rejected because he did not have citizenship and did not speak English.

Every whining/sniveling adult as well.

glassman 08-26-2012 10:02 AM

Big AMEN to that!!!
If only the majority of the people would appreciate sacrifice.

Some gave all, All gave some. This country has its problems, but I'd still be willing to give up my life for the freedom we have....

IMPALA MAN 08-26-2012 04:49 PM

WOW............A true DEVOTED AMERICAN and BADASS all wrapped into one. I cannot help but think that his determination was a key factor in all of his accomplishments. This man is awesome. Not to down play his status, however I'm sure this man is a representation of others that we don't ever hear about. We want to make sure and not forget them. Whenever I travel and see a soldier (usually in an airport), I stop and thank them for what they do. I ask that we all take an extra minute to do so. They deserve it!

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!

Phaeton 08-26-2012 06:00 PM
