The Best Western is the only nice hotel in Pahrump from what I've seen. Do NOT stay at the Nugget................. :lol:

Like Greg says, we now stay in Vegas and drive out and back; it's only about an hour or so.

I have a nice place for the week in Vegas. If its only an hour I'll just stay an extra night. Thanks!

it's listed as 63-69 miles depending on who you believe. Should be about an hour or so on the weekend, very little traffic vs commute times during the week.

If you're going to be at Sema, you've got to do the OUSCI event. Guarantee you'll love it.

You better hunt me down and shake hands at least! Although maybe we'll get to meet up at SEMA.... I'll be there all week. Many of the guys on here have my number and can text me to pick a meeting spot.

Trust me on this ----- get as many cell phone numbers of the people you want to meet up with BEFORE you go to SEMA --- it's impossible to just run into someone, and the place is so dang big you need to be able to text in order to get together.

I've emailed Jimi to volunteer for "work" at OUSCI "as usual" so if he wants me --- I'll be out there in the sun frying for another chance to hang out at the best event I do all year. Love that stuff!

That's what I've always done.... just keep your room --- it's over relatively early and it's a super easy drive home even in the dark. Most of us fly out of LV - so you've got to come back to "town" anyway.

Is anybody meeting up at SEMA?
I am hoping my wife booked my flight late enough saturday to go to the Optima. I'll be at SEMA from wed am to sat...

We usually have a little LAT G get together one night. It's early yet so nothing has been planned but something will get put together. Usually one of the bars at the Flamingo... We get a pretty good turn out too!

I'm fired up! First time attending SEMA.

If anyone want's my number they can PM me. I'll do whatever I can to help people out while they're in town for SEMA. I am really looking forward to seeing everyone and meeting a some who are attending for the first time.

Just a heads up.....Nobody call 911 while in town. My wife works there and is the one that answers the phone. You've all seen her posts and I'm sure you can imagine what kind of a butt chewing you would get over the phone.

If you can't find any good places for Lat G get together, I'm sure the play room at McDonald's would be available for a few hours. I can call ahead to make sure they disinfected the ball tank.

I'm hoping to make a day at the show myself and hope to meet up with you guys too. Or maybe I'll just set up a booth....selling custom cup holders. I can take pre-orders and you can pick up at the show.
