how much are just the turbos and wastegates. and do you keep any turbos in stock ? if not how long would it take to get some. it seems imposible to actually get to talk to someone at any of the major turbo supliers out there. so if you could help i'd love to give you the buissnes. thanks

wow, not much for 8k.

It may not look like much for $8k, but just the price of the 321 stainless materials alone is a lot.

funny i saw 8 grand and i said the price seemed very fair. If you've never built a TT motor then i can see why the price seems abby normal

Thats exactly it. The stainless tubing is $$$, plus the time to build it, and if this is similar to the setup thats on the hotrod car, it's obviously a well sorted out system.

I think you can turn the headers down.I am pretty sure those 72mm turbo's

I like turbos but wonder how stout your motor would have to be to handle it. I feel more at ease with supercharging like a procharger kit.

Why? The internal loads are the same on the motor at a given boost pressure, and you don't have all the belt load on the crank snout. I've never torn the snout off a crank with turbos... can't say the same about superchargers.

Due to the efficiency of the compressor I would say 1500hp with a turbo is far easier on the motor than 1500hp with a supercharger. Reason being at that HP the supercharger it's self is likely sucking up 100hp+, so you need to lean on it that much more.

I know this is probably a dumb question, but, If you turn the turbos upside down does it affect the oil draining out? Or do you spin the center section with the oil feed/drain so the drain is pointing down?
