Check out this pic of my latest project. I think you will agree that all your criteria has been met. Let me know when I can start!

Wow! I really think we would be holding you back if we brought you in. Talent and imagination like yours should roam free and not be constrained by a mere 'job' or 'project'....or 'basic skillset'

I think we are doing you a favor by not hiring you....really.

It's not you...it's us.

GregWeld 02-26-2013 03:07 PM

Let's look at it this way --- Stainless is one of the easier metals to weld -- so imagine what he can do when it gets tough!

Love a good root pass....

Whats the average shop pay for a fab guy with lets say 5-6 years experience building cars? Shoot me a PM? Pretty comparable exhaust work to the other guy I'd say?

Hmm, you are probably right! The majority of my welding experience is in the nuclear field. As you can see however my true passion is cars so I would be willing to take a considerable pay cut to start. Say low 6 figures and 2 months paid vacation?

BTW, how close are you guys to Byron? I'll be there next week doing some repair work on reactor #2.

I think Byron is about 1.5 hrs away if traffic is decent. Stop by if you can.
