The U.S. Secret Service is responsible for investigating interstate mail and now electronic fraud. Give 'em a call. They're pretty good at what they do--especially when a pattern of fraud is evident, as opposed to an isolated incident. :thumbsup:

Those addresses don't mean that he lives at those residences, but those are properties that he owns. A friend of mine is in law enforcement, but he owns 8 rentals. So if you do a search on his name, then you get 8 different locations. Can you find my friend on the internet? Nope!

On a related or unrelated note, your friend should have those 8 properties owned under at least 1 (preferrably 8) LLC's. One of the many benefits there is anonymity.

First, I havent given him any money.
But reading car forums I have seen this happen way too often these days.
To me this is way more worse fear cos I live another side of the world but buy stuff from all over the world and import them here.

I have had my share of scammers but have found a quite easy fix.
It's the guys with black leather vests with some logos and they ride a harleys. They are world only global debt collection organisation. I'm not saying you need to use them put when you get the scammer on the speak with you, you just need to mention them and...

I have used that "I'll sell your debt to them"-card three times and every time got my money back. Scammers know that they will collect they money.

Again this is just one option, before moral lecture starts, I do know it is not the "right"way to do it but when my hard earned money is going in the wrong pocket, I dont feel shame to cut some corners to get them back.

To the OP, I hope it all works out for you. I have never heard of this guy, but "if" he's a thief, I hate him. :mad: Notice I put "IF" in parenthesis hoping this guy makes it all right to the people he's wronged, giving him the benefit out the doubt.

He wont. He has done this before, and will probably do it again. I feel bad for not warning this site, but I did go on record a few times on the "other site" calling him out as a thief. I think all of those posts were deleted though. Perry Price isnt his real name, for the record.
