Your welcome - and I agree he is one of my favorites.

I don't think I'm going on a limb here but I think it's safe to say the guys over Rad Rides are probably the best all around builders out there. From bad ass street cars, street rods, race cars, to Riddler quality cars. I mean no disrepect to the all the other note worthy builders out there - I just think these guys are the best all around builders out there.

Bitchen pics Marty!

I'm proud and very lucky to say I was part of the sale and do a few tune ups and DRIVE Sick Fish! The hole experience and meating Joe Rogan (I'm a big UFC fan too) was an awesome time in my car building career. When that car was at SEMA I couldn't wait to get there and see it.

I'm 40 now, but when I was in my teens I saw Troy's pastel green 60 Chev...I live in Australia and had never seen anything like it. Since then Rad Rides is a cult following for me....outstanding in all they do. One of my fav's is the 300C they built just amazing craftsmanship and detail.

XLexusTech 01-18-2013 05:32 AM

What ever happened with Sik Fish? I saw some crap about the suspension falling apart or something and Joe Rogan was afraid to drive it.

I think so - Chemo is over so I am finally starting to feel normal again.

I am in the process of loading about 1,000 pics from sema

That is pretty awesome - I bet you have a few pictures you could share.

Last week when I was talking to Jack he told me Rogan sold the car and there is a video of it on a Dyno.

I have about 50 pics of the Impala. After the sema pics load I will put them up for you.

I have worked on And helped finish a lot of there cars in the last 10 years and i agree they are one of the best there is at every style of car that can be built. Troy looks at everything with a eye of no compromise. The people that work there have the same attitude. A lot of talent in that shop. He expects nothing but the best from everyone involved in a build

By chance does anyone know who's shoulder and lap belt system they're using?

Agreed on the Buferd.

Always need more pics of a twin turbo nailhead '56 Buick...if Rads Rides is building it. :unibrow:

Must have........considering one of my good hotrod friends has a tiny camel tattooed on his big toe. He can outspend me in every way but those belts will create a little eny. :unibrow:

How far along is the Buick? Will it be at the 2013 Autorama in March?

Pretty far.

But I can tell you if Troy said they were going to take it to a show his shop could pull it off. Heck 2 1/2 weeks ago the Torino wasn't even painted.

takid455 01-24-2013 08:50 AM

Sucker for that Buick.

How can it go for the Riddler is it has already been shown? Saw that car displayed at publicized events in the past and print. Thought Riddler cars had to be kept undercover until date of show?

I think the Buick being talked about is the one in the background that is still under construction, not the brown/tan one that was at SEMA a couple years ago.
