68 Camaro Project: Burn the Street

7 Attachment(s)
Hello everyone im new to the muscle care world :newbie: so for my first muscle car and my second car I ever owned I chose a 68 camaro...I found a nice a car to start with 468 bbc 200r4 auto transmission, frame been powder coated all around baer disk brakes, roll cage, fiberglass tilt front end...first thing I did was go thru entire car looking for shady crasftmen ship and I found a few rust spots so I sand the car down found two spots with hidden rust minor...guy tells me car ready for paint :shakehead: I learned you cant trust people when buying a project they didnt finish...My overall concept for the car is to be able to take my girl out on a friday night in comfortable smooth ride...and to burn the streets whenever someone pulls next to me on the line...It will be a mean aggressive sexy looking car..I debated for a long time and tried my best not to choose satin black but its hard to be wrong with that color...also im trying to come up with something to make a tribute to the black panther camaro so im still bouncing that concept in how to add a subtle touch of gold...The goal for the build to is to add Vintage Air, Hydroboost, Ridetech 4 link suspension kit, mini tub, power steering(done)...I will try and do it all myself rather put money into to parts than labor...I will post pics as soon as I can...also I value the views and opinions of everyone on this site so if you suggestion, hint, tips, dos&donts i accept them good or bad..Thanks everyone :gitrdun:
