The Mule
I'm debating selling the Mule. It just sits now and I think I would rather have the money.https://lateral-g.net/lillard/mule_storm4.jpghttps://lateral-g.net/lillard/Mule_Laguna03.jpghttps://lateral-g.net/lillard/02.jpg

Ok I'll bite. And this is without ever seeing it in person so I don't know the paint quality, etc.
If it was just a car by some guy or shop and done well, I'd say $100-125k. But since it has Stielow pedigree, I'll say $150-175k. Barrett Jackson? $80k to 225k . :D |

You forgot about a book that was based on the mule. Man ld love to have this one. Hard to believe Charlie would turn loose of it. |

Red Witch brought good money at BJ. I bet the Mule would do more still considering the car is right at 10 years old.
|
I see a bunch of comments but no numbers thrown out.... :bitchslap:
Come on guys, this is the "what's it worth" section after all. :rules: |
no don't do it, sell some of them 1930's buckets you have back there. :G-Dub:
Such a gamble to take it to auction, but im sure there are at least 2 guys that just have to have it. |
Ahhhh......The Mule. Thats the one that got me started. Sweet Car!! So whats the asking price? Oh I dont want to hear "If you need to ask you cant afford it" :popcorn2:
|
How about the Mule's specs?
Short vid of it. |
How in the hell did I miss this one. It's a sign of the end times.
|
My first born. I'll get to making him/her if you can hold out for 9 months.
|
|
How much is Jody paying you to bait his new forum?
|
I'd say $200k. It is the most influential pro touring car of all time!
|
I say sell it to Greg, he needs a back-up for his back-up race car! I am thinking 150k to 175k.

After watching a gazillion hours of BJ and Mecum, i'd say 150 to 175.
We should start a pool, um i mean poll hehehe |
Technically and deservingly the car belongs here..........

Somewhere in the build book there is a pic of it in GM's design center when they were designing the current Camaro.

GLWS Charley, this is still my favorite car regardless of all the newer builds Steilow has done. I'd think you should get $200k for it.
|
So THIS is why Jody created this forum.......
Seeing the Mule for sale would be tough to put a price on. Whoever owns it would have to consent not to change it. They become the caretaker. It would be like Sullivan selling Cheeze Wiz or seeing Chicane for sale. $200K+ private sale to someone who respects the car but who has THAT kind of money and loves Mark's builds? Oh wait- you already own it Charlie. :) |
It would make a great late Friday afternoon/early evening b-j Scottsdale placement. heck a not near as nice 69 brought $140 on Friday this past year. and it was silver.
|
I believe it's worth what ever somebody is willing too pay for it.!!!!!

LOL, that Gordon guy made me do it!
Kind of ironic that I asked for it and still havent used it. :warning: |
How do you put a value on a "Stielow" when Charlie owns them all?

So if 3 of us move to your county and somehow you persuade us to vote for you in 2016, you would win by a huge margin, right? ;) We'd be in the victory celebration/BBQ pics too I hope. :flashie: |
Going to Scottsdale.
Hope to have one there myself. |
Cant believe I havent seen this thread. Cool car, got me started.
