Pretty awesome photographer too!!

Rick D 10-24-2013 08:52 PM

Congrats Kevin!! I need to pick up PHR.

fleetus macmullitz 10-24-2013 09:17 PM

There was a deal offered earlier this year for $5 digital subscriptions of PHR and other car mags.

Just saw it and your car looks great in the digital format...congrats.

Rod P 10-25-2013 12:40 AM

well done Kevin:thumbsup:

ProTouring442 10-25-2013 07:20 AM

Congrats!

GrabberGT 10-25-2013 08:53 AM

Congrats. Havent read it yet but watched it on the show the other day. Looked and sounds mean! Now stop babying it. You can beat that truck. lol

kttrucks 10-25-2013 11:49 AM

LOL! yeah, I just didnt want to show up the TRUCK that we build on the TRUCKS show... :) I hope to have it at many more events and autocrosses in 2014, I hated missing all the action this year ( Except Nashville Goodguys) but the whole "work" thing got in the way bigtime.

Thanks everyone for the kind words! I appreciate it, and especially appreciate Robert McGaffin and Rob Kinnan for a great job on the feature story... Im humbled by it.

KT.

Congrats, Kevin! Since I live in the subdivision across from where you film TRUCKS, I've had the privilege of seeing this beast rumbling through my neighborhood on occasion. It turned out perfect!

BonzoHansen 10-25-2013 04:28 PM

I read that one the other day. Congrats! The headlights were a cool touch. Sweet ride (for a mustang lol)

GregWeld 10-25-2013 10:46 PM

Who did the paint??

Okay - just kidding....

Nice to get some print - of course - you get TV but that's just "work". Love the color!

hifi875 10-26-2013 06:26 AM

You set the bar for other mustang coupes pretty damn high. The car is awesome!!:king: :king:

waynieZ 10-27-2013 11:34 AM

Congrats on the ink Kevin! Well deserved. It looks great.

kttrucks 10-28-2013 10:35 AM

Im already thinkig of upgrades.... Gotta get a bigger blower on it... like almost 500HP at the tires isnt enough, but it's still barely controllable from a launch, so I gotta mess with that! :) Still have to charge the a/c pump, install some driving lights, and order some new rear tires pretty soon.... Thanks for the encouragement and kind words guys. Now to start planning a genuine pro-touring pickup... something I can put LS power in. :G-Dub:

Sounds like a conversation I had with Mark Stielow….. "Well… I had 750hp last year and it wasn't enough…."

:BlahBlah: :faint:

Nice car, and great job!

Olds442NorthStar 10-31-2013 11:18 AM

That looks great Kevin. It must have been fun getting those headlights to fit in. Who did your body work? :D

syborg tt 10-31-2013 01:53 PM

Of course it's in PHR it's a bitchen car.

kttrucks 12-02-2013 02:48 PM

who did my bodywork? Im unashamed to tell you that I had help... I have to thank Carson Messer, Glen Massey, Tim Strange, TC Penick, Brian Finch, (and his helper) and my wife. I did hundreds of hours of work on it myself over several years, and all of the design cues and protoyping/mocking, but I will freely admit that I had help finishing. These guys tought me the meaning of "friend" and gave of their time unselfishly to help me realize this goal and to see the car in a finished form. I'll never be able to thank them enough, but I will continue to try both publically and privately. The community we are in is full of great guys and good friends and Im proud to be part of it, and grateful to everyone who helped and supported me when I really needed it. :)

"It takes a village..." .OMG I just quoted Hillary Clinton..... that's the 19'th sign of the apocalypse, isnt it?

Thanks Josh! I loved that car. Sold it last fall and I still miss it. I have no idea where it is right now, but it was truly unique. I hope somebody is enjoying it.
