GAP Racing - Finished product for 2013 1968 Camaro
Thought I would post a previous build that we finished at the beginning of 2013. The car came to us as a roller that had already had the quarters replaced. The owner had an idea for the car that included a Big Block and stock suspension. The project evolved really quickly into a really neat car.

Stunning
Nice work Tim, great attention to detail. Love the tire and wheel sizing.
|
Cool color! 528 aint no joke!
|
Glad to see a project posted. Can't wait to see one of your big builds pop up here. Very happy to work closely with you guys and have you be a part of my project.
Onto the car. What brake pedal is that? I love that look. Car looks great in pics and just as good in person the few times I've seen it. William |
Not a big fan of red, but for some reason the deeper tone of red befits the car and I like it. Nicely done!!
|
Looking good GAP!
|
Will, those look like the pedals from Clayton Machine Works.
http://www.claytonmachine.com/brake-clutch.html Tim, nice to see some of your other projects on the forum. I need to start a thread for my '68 camaro. 528 HP at the wheels is impressive for that combo and looks great as well! |
Yep you are correct. Couldn't wait so I texted him to see what they were. May have just added another item to my build. Those pedals look amazing.
|
Thanks for all the kind words. I am starting a build thread for all the large project we have going on. Just had to update my storage device for all the photos. I already spoke to Will on the pedals. They are a really nice piece.

Nice Ride.. love the detail:clap:
|
That is some outstanding work Tim, car looks awesome.

I will start a thread for your car soon |
What headers are you using with the TCI subframe? What diameter are the primaries? They appear to work great to put 528 to the ground through an auto.
