http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/i...v/IMAG0302.jpg I've had this for a while it's still in Wisconsin my buddy is putting a 5.9 Cummings in and then it's getting turned into a shortbox fleetside single wheel truck, going to eventually slam it and make it a true 4 door. |
It all sounds good...looks great now.
Nice to see something truly unique, especially since it's got the style of a '68-'72 C10/20/30. |
I like it just the way it is.
Maybe a newer Duramax / Allison drivetrain and you'd have a sweet hauler. :whistling: Randy |

Hey telly was it originally a truck and stretched or a burban shortened and bed added?
I have always wanted to do the exact same thing...crew cab....short but but with a D max oh he'll I'd even take it without a motor lol Ryan Austin |

Yes like that. I have a few pictures of that from sema a few years back. For right now its going to be a bit of a rat. Low with steel wheels and dog dishes.

Very cool!
How is the roof? Did the previous owner cut up another truck for the back of the cab? |

Nice. I've thought about doing something similar one day. You know, one of those vehicles you build in your head type deals. I think it would work out well to take a suburban and cut the rear roof off and turn it into a bed. Make it like a classic Avalanche is the idea.
Good luck, Telly. I like your ideas on the truck. |
What a bitchen truck! Why roll on 4 when you can roll on 6?!
Makes me miss by slammed square crew dually all that much more! |

Well its alive, runs, drives and stops. Getting the stance worked then its time to get out the roller and add some flat black for now. |
