Well here is the finished interior .

I need to finish up the kickpanels and the seat belts yet , but thats about it .(and shift knob)

It was nice to drive it today and not see that ugly 69 dash !
i should add that that is a Flip out DVD player , the stereo is kick ass also .It is all rockford with a single 12" sub . It will rock your ear drums for sure !

Looks killer Jason. Diggin on that Marquez stuff. I plan on doing something similar in the 55. Car came out nice. You do good work!!

You built a very nice ride there my friend. The car and craftmanship are fantastic.

Please report back on the driveability of that Harrop set-up. I am going to try and hunt you down on the power tour. My car won;t be ready, but I am going to make a run down to Columbia, SC to check stuff out.

Who made your shifter boot and e-brake boot? Lokar? (you have the part number??)

Man thats one hot interior! I do have some safety concerns though...

First, what seatbelt setup are you running? 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 point?

Second, do you drive this on the street often or does it see a lot of track time?

The reason I ask is, that roll bar is very unsafe, especially without padding, if you drive this car on the street. The only way to make it safe is with SFI certified padding and 5 or 6 point harnesses. To make it 100% safe on the street you really need to be wearing a helmet at all times too. I am not saying that you should strap on a helmet before pulling out of your driveway, but if this car sees no track time, you are actually safer without the cage. A bare cage without padding will crack your head open like a watermelon. Padding reduces that risk, but without a helmet you are still in danger. If you are running 2 or 3 point harnesses then it won't take much to make that roll bar the most dangerous part of your car. So if you drive mostly on the street, you may want to consider removing the cage. If you track the car, keep the roll bar, but at least get some good padding and harnesses.

Please take this as constructive criticism as I am not in any way trying to upset you or put your car down. I am just trying to possibly save a life by offering information. It only takes one accident to regret putting looks before safety. :thumbsup:

this is a street car designed to perform on the track and yes 5 point harnesses are used.
