Mark,
Will you ship the sub to CA? Your PM box is full. David |
No hope I'm sure but email sent on the dash.
Consider the never used T-56 and Morrison subframe sold!
What a cliffhanger... :)
dash
I will take it Mark----- if you have not sold it. [email protected]
Well everything is sold except the brakes and I didn't real want to sell them anyway.
Thanks I'll work on a better way of dong it next round. Sorry if I made anyone mad I just sold stuff to the first person who said they would take it. I was working on the car yesterday and having a good day and did not have time to look through all the e-mail traffic. Thanks to the Lateral G community for a great sale. Now I have to ship all this stuff :hairpullout: Stielow |
Was I the first person on the dash? I would figure so since I was the first to post, pm and email within 10 min from the original listing.

"I will most likely take it. Come with the Vintage air controller." The next person said I'll take it. Sorry maybe Jody will let us do an auction next time. Seems like I sold this stuff too cheap. Mark |

That was the PM I sent. I also asked if you took paypal on email an send a few seconds later which I hope would have been a statement on my intention to purchase it. I sent a pm, an email and replied to the thread. I think that's a pretty solid attempt to purchase something.

Only one way to fix this. Arm wresting tournament on pay-per-view. WAY cooler than rock, paper, scissors, and the proceeds from ticket sales go to Jody for having the greatest car forum on the web. |

I saw your PM and moved to the next guy. Sorry for the miss understanding Mark |
Well it's not shipped yet so we can make this right. What's your PayPal address and I will send the money right now.
Im really not just trying to be a pain in the ass. I had 100% intentions or purchasing the dash regardless of if the VA controller was included. I sent the PM with the question then read the ad again and saw you preferred email so then I sent the email and just to make 100% sure you knew I was interested I replied here. I also sent you an email this morning following up because I wanted the part. I dont know what else I could have done. Hell I even included my phone number on the email in case you wanted to call me.
I can't tell you how many times I have lost out on a good deal because I did not definitively say "I'll take it!" I also can't tell you how many times I have had people ask for my paypal address and never commit to buying it. Even more complicated is that screen names and e-mail addresses never match so it is hard to keep track of everyone who inquires. Tough deal all the way around.
I am little upset, I was interested in the radiator (Which the price was not shown) so you disregard people and take the 1st committment . Pretty classless in my book.

You are right. Classless is too strong a word. I apologigize as I don't know the circustances. but it was poorly handled as the Radiator was sold and I was the 3rd person to respond on the initial thread and was e-mailed that it was sold.
I think I was the first person on the headers. Didn't hear anything back I guess I asked for a shipping price must of meant I didn't want it. O well
I dont know too many people that would buy something without asking for shippimg details or payment details. Sounds like Mark has not shipped this stuff yet and has the opportunity to make this right if he wants to.
Sorry if I made some people made.
I read through all the emails this morning and I had one person who wanted a "package deal". It is way easier for me to put all this stuff on one pallet and ship it to one person. Yes so and so was the first on the headers and another on the radiator. I had one person who wanted the sub frame, rad and headers. I knew I was going to have to freight ship the sub frame and the person who wanted it is helping me arrange freight. For me to box and ship all that to one person is easier. So as far as being "classless" I was just trying to help some folks out on this great sight. I'll list one item at a time in the future. Sorry if I offended people. Mark |
