I don't have any vested interest in this one, but from a business perspective would it not be prudent to stop selling your products to them?

We will no longer be selling to them.

We have had a few customers come directly to us and charge back their cards.

Thats sucks to hear Jay,I have bought my Budniks and Boze wheels thru these guys and their service was great and very quick but it was also 3 years ago.

I'm just warning future customers. Has been bad for quite sometime. Bailed them out too many times now.

Appreciate the heads up Jay. Business breeds desperation at times, glad you're doing your part to minimize the victims and damage.

First guy I ever cut off when I was the Brown Jordan factory rep -- was a customer that was eternally on credit hold -- and he was blaming the factory for lousy lead times. He was gone in our first conversation. All these people do is steal good sales from good dealers and make the consumer wary.

Good heads up Jay. I'll bet they are blaming the long wait and delivery times on you all too.

Anymore I will google the vendors name, If I see any negatives or bbb complaint. You better skip it..I think some of these companys get spread so thin that one little hiccup in the cash flow does them in. Just hope customers don't get burned, Parts cost enough without buying them twice.
