Price: $6500 (Pulley setup, supercharger, etc)

Description:
The Harrop HTV range of superchargers are based on the latest Eaton TVS™ (Twin Vortices Series™) rotating assembly. The Harrop HTV supercharger’s design features patented four-lobe rotors with high-flow inlet and outlet ports that greatly enhance thermal efficiency, deliver higher volumetric capacity, and enable higher operating speeds.
The HTV supercharger is capable of running with a high efficiency across a wide operating range. The twin four-lobe rotors feature 160-degree helix. The higher helix angle of the rotors coupled with redesigned inlet and outlet ports, improves the HTV’s air-handling characteristics without increasing the overall size of the unit.
  • Harrop HTV2300 (140ci/ rev – 2300cc/ rev) supercharger assembly using Eaton TVS™ rotors
  • Intercooled manifold and drive assembly
  • Adaptor for fitment of throttle body
  • toothed rear belt drive
  • Wegner Motorsports pulley setup for the Harrop - Polished
  • Optional polished finish
Shipping paid by buyer. I will accept bank to bank transfer, cash, or paypal.

Thanks, Jeff

Here is few photos of it assembled on the engine in 2009. The supercharger was only ran 3 times on dyno, and is brand new. I send you photos of it dissembled. Supercharger fits LS9/L92 heads

Jeff,
you may want to edit your ad to include LS3 cylinder heads, for fitment

Alot of guys here running LS3's, but not all are well versed on all the engines compatible in that port configuration/ design (ie LS3, L99, LS9, LSA, L92, LY6, L76 are all the same rectangle port size)

Incredible deal. Had this been a few months ago I may have pulled the trigger.

Good luck with the sale!

Yes, it is a great deal. I paid more for the supercharger than that price.

Did you ever sell this?

Sparks67 06-26-2015 05:29 AM

No! I had several people interested, but no one has paid a deposit or bought it. It will take a few days to package it, and it will have to be shipped directly from UPS. I do not have a large scale to weigh this box, and my preferred shipper is UPS. I will be posting more parts soon, but the harness was a custom order from Speartech. Supercharger has different length center shaft, so it was custom order. Harrop built the cog assembly for the rear for me, but it is another custom part. Nice setup for the price.

Good Lord would someone please buy this!!!!
Every two days or so, I try to justify why I need this!!
If anyone has ever priced super chargers, then you realize that THIS IS A STEAL!!!
It's like getting a Wegner front drive set up for free!

I had several people interested in buying the supercharger setup, but so far no one is willing to pay for it.

Sparks67 03-23-2016 09:31 AM

Supercharger is now on ebay, so you can start bidding for it.

So is it just sc and front runner? I thought there was wiring computer coils and other stuff? If I can sell my bbc I am gonna go ls and I have always likes blowers......can that all work on a stock ls motor?

1nastyZ06 03-23-2016 07:20 PM

I'm just trying to understand why you changed from this killer blower and front runner setup to the LS9 blower and factory style front runner. This is a killer deal and I wanted it so bad but I really wanted to build a big cubic inch LS7 with nitrous.
But someone needs to jump on this. And for the last guy who asked about selling his BBC and working on any LS. It will not. You will need at least an LS2, LQ9, LQ4 block with a 4" bore in order to run the LS3 rectangular style head that this blower fits on. Or obviously you could just run an LS3. All the heads (all basically the same with slight differences in valves or cc sizes) listed by Jeff above will work on a 4" bore block and this blower.

I changed the advertisement to be only the supercharger and pulley setup. I have other advertisement for the harness and coils. Everything is now listed on ebay, so you can bid for it. Yes, you can put it on stock LS3 engine.

I originally wanted an LS9 for my 67 RS Camaro, that I bought out of barn in 1983. I do seem to have two everything for my build, but I should have bought the 67 Convertible that was in that barn. You should have built an LS7 441 with a Supercharger, but you never have to worry about filing the bottle. The radiator core support to AutoRad is all custom one off piece. I came up with the design in about 10 minutes at Sled Alley Hot Rods. I had Matt build it to set off the Ring Brothers hood hinges. I have to post my own thread on the updates to my car soon.

11 Rib Pulley.

1nastyZ06 03-24-2016 10:01 PM

Haha. Gonna be hard enough getting traction NA with the 441ci LS7. I can control the spray through 2nd gear and up and hopefully get the power to the ground. I could only imagine with this engine and a blower. If I was building the LS3 stroker still I would be all over this setup though. I still can't believe it hasn't sold. Have you tried Ls1tech?

Sparks67 03-24-2016 11:23 PM

Yes, it was on LS1tech, in the past, but no offers on that site.

I do not have a private message from you on the supercharger or the gas tank. Perhaps your PM box is full, so it prevented you from sending it.
Your PM is full, but here is the reply.
