Ok, I know it's not a PT car but, my latest addition..

550 Maranello. I used to have one of these a few years ago and really missed it. The 360 is nice, but there is nothing like the sound/power of a V12. These cars are rated at 485hp(flywheel) stock but are limited by Ferrari with smaller throttlebodies and small exhaust. There are a couple of guys getting 620hp(flywheel) without opening up the motor.I have some "custom" headers getting built for it and some larger throttlebodies. I put 19" Fikses on it, lowered it and Cargraphic exhaust so far. I also took off the front and rear bumpers and had the side marker holes filled like the european cars.

You are right...it's not a PT car and does not belong here....and the Marine Corps are a bunch of Doormen. Awesome car.

And I was thinking... you know, I've never had a ride in a Ferrari before... :D

Derek69SS 07-07-2006 09:55 AM

Beautiful  I like it much better than the red one, as the proportions look better with the longer nose.

SW,

Sweet 550. You really do it right-it is the subtle details (ie marker lights) in your cars that makes them stand out.

I don't suppose you need to make room and sell me your TA yet ? :)

If that's not pro touring,I don't know what is,it stops,corners,and goes straight.It's a pro touring car.

YoungGun69SS 07-07-2006 08:02 PM

Wow, you have an amazing collection!!! Do you have any daughters? :) haha. just joking.. but seriously....

BC69 07-07-2006 08:19 PM

Nice addition!!!! Although I have always loved the 360/435 now, that isnt too shabby.

I just read up that there is a recall on that model though...just a small door lock issue. Send it to Somers Ct, 06071, and you should have it back all fixed up soon! ;) :D

awr68 07-09-2006 04:29 PM

Stunning!!

SW did you get the info for me yet?? Thanks!!

trapin 07-10-2006 06:28 AM

When comparing the Modena to the Maranello I've always said, "Why stop at 8 cylinders when you can have 12?". My all-time favorite European sports car.

I really hate you SW. You're living my dream life....and I don't like it.

Mecom Racer 07-10-2006 01:11 PM

I hate you. :faint:

Speedster 07-10-2006 03:14 PM

SWeet 550 you have there. Obviously, you don't see one of those everyday. The black really sets off those wheels and the rear profile of the car screams "See Ya !" Nice addiction. er, I meant Nice addition.

ProTouring442 07-25-2006 04:35 AM

I just had to come back and look at this again... Wow

We can decide if it qualifies as Protouring or not then.

Don't make me the same offer you made Scott, or I will be Austin bound.

pist0lpete 07-25-2006 07:20 PM

Nice ride! I am glad to see somebody who is not afraid to improve upon a ferrari. The wheels looks great and more power is always better.

TonyG 07-25-2006 11:35 PM
