LOL, I just told Ross I'd take 'em! As much as I like the look of the Sports, the SRD's have more lateral support (that's good) and I certainly can't argue with the price difference.

Sorry to hijack this post, but does anyone have the part numbers for the Recaro subframes for a First Gen Camaro? :)

Thanks,

Mark

I would be that focker. :P

Also, the funding isn't the problem, it's more like SPCB (sold pending correct brackets)

Can't wait to get them installed. Now the debate is if I should sell my stockers on ebay (they are getting big bucks right now) or if I should wrap them up and store them.

dmastrota 07-21-2006 09:48 AM

Are the seats still for sale????

Nope... sorry. I went up and picked them up today.

Props for Ross... exactly as advertised and he's even getting me the correct brackets for my Chevelle. Love the seats, super comfy. The bolstering is more snug than I imagined-- but that's a good thing! No more slip-slidin' around in hard turns.

Super nice guy, good meeting you dude and hope to meet up again in the future. May have to go shooting one of these days. :)

Ross, why don't you take the money I gave you and get yourself to a Subaru dealership and buy an STi? You know you want one. What I gave you today would cover some of the tax anyways.

hapevo 07-21-2006 02:53 PM

Hey Troy,

You have me thinking about that STi. :willy:

Gotta finish the van first. Ha!

Enjoy the RECAROs!

Ross

Hot Damn!

Are there a lot of Shooters on this site as well?

The STI is a very high quality gun.

Definately-- STI does make high quality pistols (and I wouldn't mind having one, although they are not anxious to submit any of their pistols to the California "safety test" and I believe the Trojan is the only one availble for sale here in CA) although I was talking about the 4-wheeled AWD Turbo 6-speed type of STi from Subaru... I have one and Ross is thinking about one having been a previous Evo owner. :P

Ooops!

Can you find one that has been used slightly, prior to all of Feinsteins anal retentive legislation? :unibrow:

California is a beautiful state, it's too bad it's been so liberalized. Next they will probably outlaw after market performance car parts.
